Shipping and Returns

Shipments in Italy are free of charge regardless of the value of the order. Shipments in Europe and the rest of the world are subject to rates applied according to our Shipping Policy.

We always ship orders within 2 working days.

All packages to Italy are shipped by DHL EXPRESS courier (or POSTE ITALIANE depending on the product) - Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (where available). 

All international parcels are shipped by DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE - Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery as delivery times vary greatly depending on customs clearance. Please note that parcel tracking is not always available for international orders.

Customs clearance, taxes and VAT

Please note that customs clearance is different in each country and that brokerage fees and charges may apply to your order.

We cannot be responsible for additional charges. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot estimate or confirm what the charges would be. To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on taxes before placing your order.

Return policy

We want all our customers to love and enjoy our high-quality goods. All goods purchased on our website can be returned up to 10 days after purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, or if the fabric is faulty or imperfect, don't worry - get in touch with us by writing to our email or via the online form on the contact page. We will arrange an exchange or refund immediately.

When we receive the item, we will refund the value of the item excluding any transport costs. We will credit the same credit card, paypal or other payment account from which the original purchase was made when your return is received. Your return will be processed as soon as possible.

We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. When returning the item to us, please include your full name, billing/shipping address, order number and email address. If you intend to replace your item with a new order, please let us know which new item you would like.

Alternative dispute resolution
