Shipments and Returns
Shipping to Italy is free regardless of the order value. Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world is subject to charges applied according to our Shipping Regulations .
We always ship orders within 2 business days.
All parcels for Italy are shipped by express courier DHL EXPRESS (or POSTE ITALIANE depending on the product) - Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (where available).
All international packages are shipped by DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE - Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery as delivery times vary greatly depending on customs clearance. Please note that package tracking is not always available for international orders.

Customs clearance, taxes and VAT
Please note that customs clearance is different in each country and there may be tariffs and brokerage fees incurred for your order.
We cannot be responsible for additional charges. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot estimate or confirm what the charges would be. To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for tax information before placing your order.
Return Policy
We want all our customers to love and enjoy our high quality goods. All goods purchased on our site can be returned up to 10 days after purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, or if the fabric is faulty or imperfect, don't worry - just get in touch by writing to our email or through the online form on the contact page. We will arrange an exchange or refund immediately.
When we receive the item, we will refund the value of the piece excluding any shipping costs. We will credit the same credit card, PayPal or other payment account from which the original purchase was made when your return is received. The return will be processed as soon as possible.
We want to make the returns process as easy as possible for you. When returning the item to us, please include your full name, billing/shipping address, order number, and email address. If you intend to replace your item with a new order, please let us know the new item you want.
